The next best thing to spending time outdoors is spending time with people that have devoted their careers to helping others do it, too.
I am honored to be presenting at the National Outdoor Recreation Conference next April in Burlington, Vermont. The venue will be filled with a variety of outdoor professionals that work on behalf of all of us to build and maintain trails in rural and urban spaces, improve our health, encourage environmental stewardship, engage communities in recreational planning and drive recreation-based economic development.
I can’t wait to be inspired by the success stories they share from around the country and their visions for the future of trails and initiatives of all kinds that encourage us to get outdoors. You can learn more about the conference on the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals website or on my events page.
